The other four are fully faceted Amethyst, Lavender Amethyst, Champagne Topaz and Olivine (=Dark Peridot) CZs. They measure respectively approx. 6mm, 9mm, 9mm and 12mm. The high polish band measures approx. 4mm at the back.Black Rhodium details.
