Finished stone but would cut killer two sided, or round to roll flash. I just couldn't cut anymore off. Too black and too nice.. Mount it or cut it killer either way. Stupendous 9.30 Carat Lightning Ridge Black Crystal Opal we cut. Measures 20 by 15 by 4 mm opal. This has fire Front and Back. I didn't show the back as the front just ate up the pics. Some Pictures are with Flash and Some are under Low Flourescent. The fire is left relatively deep on the back and very nice but not the show side. The fire play is Best described as a variety of deep Blues, in places shifting to Emerald Greens, On the surface. Underlain with a series of Large Lime Green Orange tinged Geometric patterns in a chain running from top right to bottom left. Bellow the large Green Geometric flash at the bottom an Area of Orange Harlequin Pin fire, turning to bright Red when angled to show thru the Blue surface fire. Back has Flash and Roll Green with some Orange, Green and Blue pinfire. We Could have cut the back deeper to present fire p Minimize
