This duel fuel (lp gas and charcoal) grill offers a total of 934 square inches of total cooking space. The lp gas grill has two 15,000 BTU stainless steel P shaped burners for 30'000 BTU's of gas cooking power covered with an enameled steel heat tent that protects the burners and vaporize falling juices that flavor food. There is also a 12,000 BTU side burner built-in on one side shelf. The charcoal grill offers an adjustable charcoal tray for cooking flexibility and has a 10,000 BTU electronic ignition burner that eliminates the need for use of lighter fluid and as well included is a large ash pan accessible easily from the front of the grill for cleaning. The lid assembly consists of a double-wall stainless steel sleeve for use of heat retention, a temperature gauge and an easy grip lid handle.
