It has 48,000 BTU's on the primary cooking surface, side 12,000 BTU burner, 12,000 BTU Rotisserie burner and a cooking surface of 650 square inches. The grate is made of stainless steel 201/7mm. There is a push and turn jet pilot ignition. The side shelves are made of stainless steel 304/.7mm and the cart is constructed of stainless steel 304/.6mm. The hood is made of stainless steel, with dual walled center welded with stainless steel end cpas and stainless steel tube handle. There is a fixed inside tank seat and the tank is not included. 2 swivel locking and 2 rigid caster wheels for easy mobility of the unit. The thermometer is on the hood. The knobs have a pewter color.
