For the subsequent three (3) years, FIM will supply replacement parts free of charge to the customer as determined necessary by our customer service center. To be covered under this warranty, claims and repairs must be made by/to the authorized FIM dealer most convenient to the consumer. As the consumer, you assume all cost incurred in shipping your unit to a repair location specified by FIM Manufacturing. The repaired unit/parts will be returned to the consumer freight prepaid. Any implied warranty is limited in duration to the five (5) years provided in this, the only, expressed warranty. EXCLUSIONS: No responsibility is assumed for incidental or consequential damages.
