The EX46 is a Hi-Impact, vandal-resistant fixed dome camera with full-sized housing. The EX46 houses high-performance 1/3 CCD sensors and varifocal, auto-iris lenses for excellent CCTV surveillance in a wide variety of applications.The EX46 takes advantage of Extremes latest imaging technology, including LXR-type CCDs and the innovative photocell-controlled Mechanical Filter cameras. The in-camera VRB cleans and conditions power to allow 12 VDC or 24 VAC operation while providing protection from surges, transient spikes and other electrical irregularities. The dome is packed with installer-friendly features, including Video Patch Leads (VPL) for in-situ video review on portable test monitors. The proprietary Pan-Tilt-Twist gimbal allows versatile positioning of the CCD and lens and instant centering of the video image. Internal fastening hardware is thermally and mechanically optimised for enhanced reliability. EX46 domes are conduit compatible for easy installation onto standard electrical fittings. Varifocal, auto-iris lenses ensure excellent optical performance.
