A Maximum Motorsports Torque-Arm will dramatically increase rear wheel traction to improve launches, eliminate wheel hop, improve handling and cornering ability and as an added bonus decrease your 60ft. times. Making this the perfect suspension upgrade for street, strip or road racing. Required Upgrade. The Maximum Motorsports Torque-Arm requires that either bare metal or black powder coated welded-in style sub frame connectors are installed along with a Panhard Bar before installation of the Torque-Arm. Recommended Upgrade. It is highly recommend to upgrade your rear lower control arms as the stock factory rear lower control arms allow far too much fore and aft deflection for proper axle control. Improved Design. Maximum Motorsports has stepped it up again. Not that you should expect any less from the innovator of the subframe connectors but this time they have surpassed themselves. With 53% more rigidity then their standard subframe connectors and 95% more then most on the market, these will keep your car straight as an arrow whether it's off the line performance or back road turns you need to tackle. Strength. The XL series subframe connector is longer, thicker, and mounts with more surface area to weld then any other on the market. It's 1.5" x 2" x .083" thick rectangular tubing extends from the rear control arms mounting location near the rear tires, all the way to the firewall just before the front tires. With that much coverage you'll be sure to have the most a strong bond and plenty of clean metal to weld them onto. Application.
