The Hub-Shark System lets you replace the front wheel bearing on front wheel drive vehicles without removing the steering knuckle from the vehicle. You can complete work on each wheel in about 20 minutes. The Hub-Shark pulls trapped rotors too!. The Hub-Shark System offers an efficient way to complete what has been a time consuming task. You just remove the wheel, caliper, axle nut and steering knuckle from the lower control arm. Then push the half-shaft back through the hub. Mount the Hub-Shark puller with the center screw through the hub and place the hub HPA washer behind the hub, put the Big Nut on behind the Hub-Shark remover, turn the center screw with an impact wrench and off comes the hub on the center screw. The Hub-Shark puller jaws push against the steering knuckle, so the hub is pushed out from the back by the HPA washer, and the hub will bring the trapped rotor with it. The Hub-Shark System comes packed in two plastic cases with a space for each component. Updated HubShark has greater capacity to handle larger bearings. Kit now includes a 3/4in. Center Screw to accommodate smaller import axles. Now includes a thrust bearing to reduce friction between the main screw and the body, allowing smoother bearing removal and installation. Per your request, HubShark has been updated to meet your most challenging bearing requirements. Heat-treated for top performance and long life. Includes everything you need to do the job. Made in the USA from quality, high-grade steel.
