Most cam companies use modified factory camshafts or skimpy OEM copies and then regrind them. Most of these end up being marine 12v cams with the long bolt or Common rail cams that have to heavily modified to make a performance grind fit on the cam. This usually ends up with the cam being too narrow too soft or both! We have the BEST cast billet on the market guaranteed! Don’t sacrifice putting a $59 12v cam in your expensive engine or worst yet a re-grind. Best for all around street towing & strip. Street/Strip (best fuel economy) 181/210 106.5LSA INT: .290" Lift EXH: .320" Lift Our Cams Feature: 1.020” wide lobes (widest in the aftermarket) Thicker core Radiused core Every cam is drilled and tapped for a bolt on retainer The ONLY improved design cast cam on the market Shop around and ask others how wide their lobes are. If they say their cam is made just for them ask them if their name is cast into the cam. I bet you it isn’t! This cam came about after I couldn’t find a cam that did exactly what I wanted. Other cams worked well for towing but lacked major performance gains at higher RPM. Some cams showed marginal performance gains. Other cams spooled good but compromised efficiency to get the chargers lit. All the others were either old gasoline profiles that didn’t work well on the street or skimpy regrinds that were just a stab in the dark. Generally shrouded in secrecy it can sometimes be quite a task to make an informed decision on diesel engine parts especially a camshaft. We are here to get you the absolute best cam for your specific truck the first time. Keep in mind that some Cummins cam gears have slightly different offsets built in. We suggest you inspect your tappet for wear. If they are worn either get them reground or get new ones. If you are installing this cam in a 12v please replace factory tappets with tappets from a 1998-2002 24v for best longevity with low zinc oils. On engines seeing over 50psi or over 500hp we also suggest Hamilton heavy duty pushrods. Follow Cummins installation instructions use adequate assembly lube and add some of our zinc additive prior to startup to ensure no break in damage due to the new low zinc oils on the market. Always keep the engine from starting until you visually verify that oil has made it all the way to the rocker arms. To modify installed centerline use Mopar performance offset keys part# p4349650. This offset key kit comes with 1° 2° 3° 4° and 5° offset keys. Just remember 1° camshaft is 2° crankshaft since the crankshaft moves twice the speed of the cam. A basic degree wheel from Jegs or Summit a small amount of wire and a dial indicator is all that is needed to degree a cam in. Use the 181/210 cut on a 105.5LSA for best efficiency and the 181/210 on a 107 LSA for better spool for racing with larger turbo chargers. Most of these end up being marine 12v cams with the long bolt or Common rail cams that have to heavily modified to make a performance grind fit on the cam. This usually ends up with the cam being too narrow too soft or both! We have the BEST cast billet on the market guaranteed! If they say their cam is made just for them ask them if their name is cast into the cam. I bet you it isn’t! This cam came about after I couldn’t find a cam that did exactly what I wanted. Other cams worked well for towing but lacked major performance gains at higher RPM. Some cams showed marginal performance gains. Other cams spooled good but compromised efficiency to get the chargers lit. All the others were either old gasoline profiles that didn’t work well on the street or skimpy regrinds that were just a stab in the dark. Generally shrouded in secrecy it can sometimes be quite a task to make an informed decision on diesel engine parts especially a camshaft. We are here to get you the absolute best cam for your specific truck the first time. Keep in mind that some Cummins cam gears have slightly different offsets built in. We suggest you inspect your tappet for wear. If they are worn either get them reground or get new ones. If you are installing this cam in a 12v please replace factory tappets with tappets from a 1998-2002 24v for best longevity with low zinc oils. On engines seeing over 50psi or over 500hp we also suggest Hamilton heavy duty pushrods. Follow Cummins installation instructions use adequate assembly lube and add some of our zinc additive prior to startup to ensure no break in damage due to the new low zinc oils on the market. Always keep the engine from starting until you visually verify that oil has made it all the way to the rocker arms. To modify installed centerline use Mopar performance offset keys part# p4349650. This offset key kit comes with 1° 2° 3° 4° and 5° offset keys. Just remember 1° camshaft is 2° crankshaft since the crankshaft moves twice the speed of the cam. A basic degree wheel from Jegs or Summit a small amount of wire and a dial indicator is all that is needed to degree a cam in. Use the 181/210 cut on a 105.5LSA for best efficiency and the 181/210 on a 107 LSA for better spool for racing with larger turbo chargers. The above declared HP numbers are all rounded down to the closest number. For example the 90 Hp file actually did 96 Hp. That's a 90 Hp software for me not a 100. The 170 Hp was 174. Power on Demand 100 power levels selectable in just one second during the driving! It's easy: just type the preferred power level directly on Smarty keyboard from 00 to 99. That's all! For security reason the truck waits that the throttle is released before applying the new power level. No trace is left in the ECM! I herby CLAIM that SmartyCR is the FIRST AND ONLY downloader that does not erase any of the stored data in the ECM. Smarty does NOT leave any electronic footprints in the ECM or any other electronic module in the truck. Smarty does NOT set ANY codes once the ECM is set back to stock. Smarty does NOT need to have fuses pulled. No matter what the competition claims in one way or another they're ALL detectable. Smarty is NOT! Yet Smarty can not do one thing for you. Fix what others have broken. Smarty can not restore a key on counter that another downloader has erased . Smarty can not fix VIN# troubles caused by other products. If your Check engine / ABS light is on because another product has screwed your ECM Smarty can not fix it the other guy HAS to... ABS / Speedo recalibration The tire height can be adjusted up to 44" in increments of 10 tenth of an inch in just a couple seconds. No other upgrade on a Dodge Common Rail can provide the stump pulling torque that a set of Dynomite Diesel injector nozzles can. Some of the electronic boxes available today can actually crack your injectors causing thousands of dollars in repair bills. Be confident that you have a mechanical change that will add reliable power without the headaches. If reduced smoke more power and better mileage are what youre after then you have come to the right place. These nozzles will give you 50+ horsepower at the wheels. The Cummins 6.7 uses a Diesel Particulate filter to control soot output. These 50hp nozzles will not clog your DPF. DDP uses a very precise process known as Extrude Hone to enlarge the 6.7 nozzle without creating a bunch of extra soot and smoke. The 6.7 requires a certain EGT to begin the regen process to clean the DPF. When a truck is driven on very short trips it may not make enough EGT to regen often enough and it may clog the filter. There are many complaints that stock trucks must be taken on long trips frequently so the regen process occurs. With DDPs 50hp nozzles your truck will make a bit more EGT and consequently regen more often solving your clogged filter problems. Mileage on your truck should increase by about 1-2 miles per gallon. Please wait a while to determine how your mileage has been affected. Your driving style has much to do with your mileage and that can be affected drastically by an excited driver. Included with your nozzles is a nozzle removal tool to help you change the nozzles. This tool gets clamped in a vise and holds the injector so you can easily remove the nozzle. Also included in the box are color instructions a set of copper washers and a core return form. There are 2 extremely important tips that we must give you before you or anyone works on your 6.7. First there are very tiny steel disks inside your injector under the nozzles. The 6.7 is programmed to learn each injector and will reject the incorrect injector if the order is mixed up.

Follow Cummins installation instructions use adequate assembly lube and add some of our zinc additive prior to startup to ensure no break in damage due to the new low zinc oils on the market. Always keep the engine from starting until you visually verify that oil has made it all the way to the rocker arms. To modify installed centerline use Mopar performance offset keys part# p4349650. This offset key kit comes with 1° 2° 3° 4° and 5° offset keys. Just remember 1° camshaft is 2° crankshaft since the crankshaft moves twice the speed of the cam. A basic degree wheel from Jegs or Summit a small amount of wire and a dial indicator is all that is needed to degree a cam in. '07.5-'09 "Arctic Heat" 6.7L 3.50" High Flow Grid Heater Note: Not for use on 2010+ vehicles. The first and only '07.5-'09 6.7L remote mounted grid heater that meets the Cummins spec for heating element support amp draw and temperature rise... As we have all come to know the 6.7L Cummins is sorely lacking in the airflow department. With new emissions equipment and poorly designed factory parts the 6.7L was set up to fail. The combination of an overly restrictive grid heater (that sits down inside the intake plenum blocking airflow by 30%) 5.9L size valves and EGR have sent exhaust gas temperatures thru the roof and mileage plummeting. Bottom line the 6.7L is STARVING for intake airflow. Trucks that run in warmer climates whether stock or highly modified have the option of grinding out the stock grid heater or running the GDP "Air-Boss 67” elevated intake plenum. But what about a truck that operates in cooler climates and MUST have a grid heater to aid in cold weather starting? That's where the "Arctic Heat” High Flow Grid Heater shines! At GDP we've designed a new high flow 3.50" intercooler pipe that incorporates a factory Cummins style grid heater assembly. This allows the installation of an "Air-Boss 67” elevated intake plenum or removal of the grid heater from the stock plate while still retaining a grid heater in the system. All of the airflow benefits without the associated cold weather hard start or no start condition of a full grid heater delete. As an added benefit to trucks running EGR compliant relocation of the grid heater eliminates a collection point for soot. The factory grid heater is placed post EGR in the intake system. This makes the stock grid heater the main collection point for carbon to build up reducing intake airflow even further and allowing the built up carbon pieces to drop into the inlet tract to the cylinders. EGR is bad enough but you surely don't want large pieces of carbon going thru your brand new engine! By installing the Arctic-Heat high Flow Grid Heater along with an intake plenum such as the "Air-Boss 67” the grid heater is moved to a pre-EGR position and out of the incoming EGR flow. No more carbon build-up! From stock to 700+ hp ground pounders if you run in cold weather the Arctic-Heat 3.50" High Flow Grid Heater will get the fires lit!
