Pros: Super fast processor, Bluetooth capability, beautiful color screen, quiet, great software.

This is my first PDA and I am in love! I purchased it from Overstock.com as a blemished item. Blemished? Where's the blemish? It's PERFECT!! I'm thinking the people with the "whiny" screen had a defective PDA and should look into an exchange or refund. To those with the paint issues, chip off the rest of the paint and you have the beautiful silver Special Edition Palm Zire 72!! I highly recommend this PDA to anyone.
