Gaming With Win2003
| Author's Rating: |
|
Pros: Flexible, Fast, Stability
Cons: Price
The Bottom Line:
I highly recommend this OS to any person that plans to run a STABLE server.
Gaming And Game Servers Are A blast with Windows 2003 Server!!!
If you Hardcore gamers out there are looking for a stable OS for your New extreme Game server?? Or, if your just a gamer that wants a new fresh OS, then this is your choice!
Extreme Security
Windows Server 2003 Has the latest in todays security for your server. Only Administrators are able to alter security levels, unless you give that type of access to another account on that computer. Although this is a great feature, it gets a little annoying by having it mandatory to login with a password all the time. But hey, it pays off.
Ease of Server Setup
Heres where Microsoft rolls in my satisfaction. The ease of server setup is amazing... Basically you have a variety of administrator tools (I wont go any further in depth, just too many :)) at your disposal, making it virtually possible to customize your server in so many different complex ways.
Cost Of this Operating system
Well the cost of this OS is pretty high, but what do you expect for a top of the line Server OS? It's well worth the money Performance wise. I think of it this way: If you can afford it and need it? Then get it.
