After catching his wife with another man, Gary turns to his friend Dan, a police officer, for help. Noticing Gary's bizarre behavior, he suggests his friend see a psychiatrist. Meanwhile, a villain in a copper mask is stalking and brutally slaying the promiscuous and deviant residents around town.
