Cons: worst experience ever
I purchased this plasma for X-mas last year, it worked great for about 3 months then the colors started messing up. That was only the beginning, usually when a product breaks it can be fixed, unless you buy this Television. I have been trying to get it fixed for months now, I have gotten every excuse in the book. There customer service is just smoke and mirrors, I cant get anything done. All this after several phone call and emails complaining. Now I have been waiting on them to send me an RMA# so I can take the unit back, this also has been going on for weeks. This is t.v. and company are CRAP!!
