gigabyte wont back warranty

Cons: Will not replace faulty equipment will not back up their 3 year warranty.
i bought this product 7 months ago and had problems 3 months after buying it. I contacted gigabyte talked to technicians for at least a month. They finally told me to return it and they would take care of it. They returned the same card back to me without any comments. I sent emails to them they finally said there was no problem with card even though it was not working on any of my 3 computers. I told them i was turning them into the better business bureau. They sent me back an email telling me to send in again. They returned the same card once again with no comments and when i tried to send emails to ask what is going on they just say talk to technicians . The technicians say go to the rma for returns. They do not back up their products and they will no replace it if it goes bad. Incidently I read on the better business bureau that their rating is an F. I wish I had know that before going with Gigabyte.
