Excellent sound

These speakers are excellent. They are the first nice pair of speakers I have ever owned. My previous set up was a pair of Sony speakers that I bought from a big retail store, Circuit City I think. I'm no expert. I have not listened to very many different makes and models of speakers, but I went to a few different hifi shops in Seattle, and these stood out well above the rest I heard, including some more expensive B&Ws, Paradigm, and a few others I can't remember. I still have my old Sony home receiver, which I hope to upgrade next, but the speakers sound amazing even through my cheap amp.
