The word on the street has it that the winner of the Twisted Metal competition is granted anything they want. Axel knows just what he wants. Out. Freedom. Liberation. To throw away the chains. Baring this in mind he heads to the former City of Angels. But he's going to have to keep searching. Twisted Metal has gone on tour.
