For 1999, the Tacoma pickup truck is manufactured in Fremont, Ca. and is, for the most part, carried over from last year. Some revisions include new paint colors of Natural White, Imperial Jade Mica, Horizon Blue Metallic and Cardinal Red. Standard features include driver and passenger side air bags with passenger side cut-off switch, side impact door beams and on Xtracab models, flip-out rear quarter windows. The Xtracab Limited includes standard cruise control, power door locks and windows, deluxe 4-speaker radio with cassette and aluminum wheels. The optional TRD Off-Road Package is available and includes heavy duty suspension, locking differential, 10.50 x 15 tires and extended fender moldings.
