The '98 Supra Turbo may be a rocket, but deep down it's still a Toyota. In short, it's a rocket that handles like it's on rails, but it is still reliable as the sun and is comfortable enough to live in (as long as you aren't an adult trying to fit into the rear "seats")

This car is very fun. Ever since i bought it when it was new, my RSP (royal saphire pearl blue) my car has been burning up the streets and turning the heads of a wide variety of people ranging from beautiful women to rednecks who want to know what the hell it is. The car is great for the looks alone, most people think it is a new 2002 model.

Another great factor of owning an MKIV (4th generation, 93-98) supra is its tuning potential. With $1000 worth of mods, you have near viper power and handling that will spank anything from this country. I put on an HKS super drager polished stainless steel catback exhaust, K&N airfilter, BLITZ turbo blow off valve, and GREDDY front mount intercooler and the power increase was amazing. I have driven supras with upgraded turbos and NOS and they are thinly desguised race cars.

While you know now that the handling, looks, and power of the supra is great, you may not know how reliable, roomy, and liveable it is. With 4 doors and a bigger back seat, this car could be a family sedan. It has very roomy, soft, yet supportive front seats, and the rear seats are low, yet still soft, but are better suited for children than adults.

I've owned this car for 3 years and have put 25,000 miels on it, and even with the couple of "mods" that I have on it, it hasn't given me a problem yet. Toyota really sorted out the reliability issues turbo cars usually have and made the car bulletproof. I would drive it every day if I didn't want to baby it like I do.

You fall in love with the supra as soon as you own one. I want to keep my car forever, and I would like to be burried in it someday when I die. Supra owners know what I'm talking about!
