Pros: Relatively fast, bright clear screen, relatively light and thin.
Cons: Sound isn't so great.
I recently purchased (previously owned obviously) a Toshiba Satellite 1105 laptop. I'm am happy to say that I'm very please with it. Considering its age, it's a very fast laptop.
The screen is excellent. Bright, clear screen! Hard drive access time is very quick. I've connected to broadband internet and it's quick.
Sound is ok, not bad but nothing to brag about. Then again, most laptops from years ago, weren't designed to be great in that area anyway.
It has 256mb of ram but I intend to upgrade that ASAP which will increase its speed even more.
The laptop itself is relatively light and thin.
If you're looking for a decent laptop at a decent price, you might want to check one of these laptops.
