I love it!
Pros: Great audio and video. Great special features.
Cons: Runs a little warm. Hard time downloading/creating firmware update.
I recommend a purchase. It is cheaper than Blu-Ray with the same quality picture, but with better special features standard on all discs. Read More at Epinions.com

Are all those free movies worth buying this HD DVD player?
Pros: Stunning HD picture and sound.
Cons: Long load times, won't accept wireless internet connections; Bluray will win war.
Bluray has way more studio support, but if you just can't wait, it's a good machine. Read More at Epinions.com

You get what you pay for
Pros: Lower price than Blu-Ray
Cons: Lackluster 1080P playback, Absolutely needs firmware update from to 1.3 out of the box
For the price I think it's a good buy. If you watch a lot of movies filmed at 24frames the player is excellent in 1080P/24hz. Read More at Epinions.com
