Cons: memory, speed, OVERHEATING!
i, too, got this computer as a best buy deal last summer. but since the purchase, i have started to have minor problems with the computer, including slow speed (even after installing more memory) and LOUD processing. dvds are impossible to watch b/c of the sound. it's also very loud sometimes when simply browsing the web. recently i have been having problems with overheating - where the computer not only gets really hot underneath, but even shuts down in the middle of my work - even when it's on my desk top. a friend of mine got a similar deal at best buy on an HP, and i would definitely advise going for the HP - quiet and efficient!
