My wife uses it for nursing.

Pros: Slim & Light. 32meg native RAM.
Cons: none.
Bought this for my wife as a gift. She loves it. It runs her drug books and dictionary. And it takes notes and does spreadsheet calcs for med dosages. The e330 does all this and still fits lightly in a nurses uniform without dragging it down. Nor does it bulge and get in the way.
Oh, and a lot of other PDA's can't handle the drug books as they don't have enough native memory. PocketPC's runs their programs in native memory, not the memory you stick into the slots. The Toshiba e330 comes with 32 meg RAM native.
One of the reviews had a complaint about battery life. But I haven't heard any from my wife. And she's on a 12 hour shift. Could be different usage. As to it could be brighter, my wife actually turns down the light on it. (shrug)
