The Bottom Line:
If you are planning to buy a PDA, I recommend you to have a look at Toshiba e310 before considering anything else.
It came with basic PIM software. It is easy to sync with my work and Home PC. It is easy to enter data into the PDA using cursive writing or Grafiti. It is easy to carry the PDA in my shirt pocket. Good Customer support. I accidentally spilled water on the PDA at my work. I reported this problem to customer service. They repaired my PDA in 3 business days. Now it is working fine. The screen resolution and backlighting is great. I never had a problem in reading the PDA at any angle or at any time of the day.
