The FIRM is a highly effective workout system which combines aerobics and weight training for the very best results! You don't need to leave your home to work out, and each workout can be as light OR as challenging as you want it to be! The potential to challenge yourself with more advanced cardio moves or heavier weights is limitless! I have used this system for three years so far, and I am in the VERY BEST shape of my life because of it.
