Love these workouts

Pros: These are fun and can be modified to fit any fitness level.

Cons: TransFIRMer is a bit big to store.

I absolutely recommend this workout series. It's a great way to start getting in shape and a great way to keep it up.

I first started buying Firm workouts after I had my first baby and needed, badly, something I could do at home. The TransFIRMer series is my favorite so far. They're fun to do and manage to keep me well entertained each time I do them. The leads break up your workout in a way that makes time go quickly and they have fun move combinations that keep you focused on what you're doing without giving your brain as intense a workout as your body. The leads in each workout explain the moves and give you enough advance notice to know what's coming. They also give great pointers on form--"do this, not this". And, unlike some workout videos, they keep to the beat of the music and are even in reps on each side of your body. The leads are also encouraging but not annoying. I love that they say things like "I know it burns. It's good for you." These workouts can be used whether your new to working out (I've used them after 3 c-sections) or if you're in great shape. Just adjust the amount of weight that you're using. I give these two well developed biceps up!
