Great product, better if it still contained a gateway

Pros: Allows total access to manage remote computers.
Cons: Version 10 no longer includes the gateway feature.
Bottom Line:
pcAnywhere has good security and excellent remote management capabilities. The only drawback is the lack of a gateway--if you need one, you will need version 9.
