Norton Online Virus Removal is a scam!

Cons: For your $99.99 you will be sent to a call center in India.
My laptop computer had Norton 2009 Antivirus software on it. I had reason to believe that my computer had gotten a virus (sending out virus links to people in my address book and not able to run a virus scan) so I contacted Norton about their online Virus Removal Service $99.00. I did wonder why I needed to pay $99.99 for a removal that Norton missed in the first place. I wish I had seen the negative review on Cnet before I purchased this service. After many hours of frustration working with the Norton "techs" my computer is still not functional. Norton antivirus is turned off everytime I boot up the computer and it asks me to active it. I activate it and it can't run a full virus scan. Next day same thing, Norton is turned off and asking for activation. Now I am out $99.99 and my computer is still not fixed! They have No idea what they are doing.
