Pros: Beautiful Espresso finish
Cons: Very poor customer service, Poorly designed, cheap plastic hardware, consecutive recalls
Bottom Line:
Given StorkCraft's poor customer service, I will not consider owning another StorkCraft product. As soon as I can afford another one, this model will be in a dump somewhere.
