Pros: Can do all we want it to do.
Cons: Burner trouble, but it was probably a lemon burner.
We do like this computer we have had it for several years and the only trouble we have had has been with the dvd/cd burner. It needed to be replaced from the start but Best Buy keeps choosing to spend much time getting it halfway working instead of replacing it.
