Pros: Small, Durable, Great outside photos
Cons: Terrible Battery Life, So-So Inside Photos, Long shutter delay, Finding a Replacement USB cord impossible
The Bottom Line:
I'd recommend if you're planning on using for mostly outdoor leisures.
Overall, I was pleased with this camera. It was mostly what I was looking for in a very compact camera.
The camera takes great pictures outdoors, but the indoor pictures are closer to mediocrity. For some reason, it just doesn't handle indoor lighting very well. However, I've taken this camera on vacation to Cabo San Lucas and St. Thomas and have come back with breathtaking pictures outdoors.
The camera is decently durable. I've dropped mine on tile and hardwood without any ill effects. Still works just like I did when I bought it.
The camera also has a very long shutter delay. I've found that because of this delay if you aren't perfectly still sometimes the photos will blur (especially in indoor photos).
Also, Don't lose the USB cable to connect this camera to your computer. If you do, then you're SOL on finding a replacement. I ended up trying to buy one from Sony.com. I ended up receiving the cable they said would work on this camera, and having it not being the right size. So Sony doesn't even know which USB connector to give you.
Other than the mediocre indoor pictures, my biggest complaint is the battery life on this camera. This camera due to the large LCD screen sucks the life out of the battery at an alarming rate. Even when not in use, this camera sucks and sucks and sucks the life out of the battery. If you're going on any type of trip longer than 1 day then make sure to bring the battery charger or you're going to be out of luck.
All in All, If you can handle the battery life and are using the camera mostly for outside pictures while travelling, then this isn't a bad little camera. Just be aware of the limitations of this phone.
