Pros: Ease of use. Picture Quality, photo and video. 3.5" LCD

Cons: Some streaking with very bright pinpoint type lights. Battery life is average.

The picture is awesome on my big screen tv and other tv's. The Digital camera feature is fantastic, enough for all my digital and printed picture needs. The colors are excellent and the large 3.5" LCD screen is so easy to operate. All the features are easy to find and change using the LCD screen. This camera has a great zoom and is easy to carry around.
The only minor complaint I have is that with bright lights either indoors or outdoors, sometimes you get this streak across the screen. The type of bright light that comes from a street light or a track light. This only happens when I point the camera at the subject with the light very close in the background.
Prior to my purchase I read some articles regarding some "artifacts" in the picture. So far, I can't find any unless it's the streak due to the bright light, but that streak is very thin.
The battery life is also average unless you get the long-life battery.
I would give this camera 5 stars on video quality, 3 stars on battery life with the smallest battery, 4 stars on ease of use because my wife can use it very easily and she isn't technically savvy.
I have left out the technical details of this camera as there are many reviews of all its technical information on the internet. I have attempted to give a "user" review of this camera, not necessarily a technical review.
I am very happy with my purchase and everyone who uses it says it is a great camera.

UPDATE 11/05 - I still love this camera and I love not having to carry around another digital still camera. It is everything I need in a combo package. However, I would NOT use generic batteries with it. Use ONLY Sony batteries. Generic batteries are shaky at best.
