Pros: Adept at multitasking, great monitor, quiet and fast.

I love my Vaio. It's the second one I've owned and I'm very happy with it. It's quiet, fast, and does everything I need it to do -- so far.
With over 1 gig of RAM and 250 gigs of HD space, I have plenty of resources. I'll be editing video on it before too long, and I think that will be the real test, so we'll see how it goes.
The keyboard is great. It has video editing controls on it, and the comp even comes with a remote control.
The monitor that came with it is large and easy on the eyes. The one time I had a problem with it (when I was away and my son was using it for that period of time and it was infested with spyware, I'm sure -- thank goodness I backed up before I left for the month!), I had to call Sony customer service, and the problem was resolved in less than 24 hours.
I would definitely buy another Vaio.
