Powerful, affordable alternative to $400+ subwoofers

Cons: Not as clean as the $500+ subwoofer, but great nonetheless

Get it, try it out. You'll save $100 or more for the same quality, performance, and power
It took me a while to choose either this subwoofer or the JBL $400 12" subwoofer at Best Buy. Finally, I was convinced that this is well worth its price range. I use this with the Monster Subwoofer cable 300 and boy does this thing booms! The only gripe is that my receiver has a weird connection problem at its jack, so I have to max out the sub's decibel level in the receiver and put the volume of the sub to 3/4 of max. Don't worry, you probably don't have to do this, because I've played it at the store and even 1/3 of the volume is loud enough. Like I said before, don't expect the accuracy or cleanliness of a $500+ system. Nevertheless, it is a great addition to anyone's home theather system. Enjoy!
