Pros: Huge storage. Easy transfer to PC. Good battery life. Easy to use.

This camera is easy to use and takes great pictures. The CD storage is excellent and transfer to PC is very easy. The battery lasts all day.
I bought this camera at Best Buy for $359.00 plus tax. I did quite a bit of research before hand and I liked the idea of being able to transfer images directly from the CD to my hard drive with just a couple of mouse clicks. I looked at the floppy disk version but I did not like the idea of having to carry several disks with me just to take a days worth of pictures. The CD350 will hold a ton of pictures on one CD. When I am done, I just copy the pics to hard drive and format the CD (CD-RW) and start over. I find myself taking many more pictures than I need because I don't have to worry about storage space. You could also buy extra CDs and just leave your pictures on them.
I use it mostly for pictures around the house and of family gatherings such as Christmas and Thanksgiving. The battery has not let me down yet, I use it off and on over the course of the day and I have not had a problem.
The settings are easy to use since I just set everything to automatic but, if you know what you are doing, you can adjust for any situation. I am still learning how to use some of the settings but, I have taken pictures in low light and bright light and they have all come out great. To take good pictures, hold the button down half way, the camera will let you know it is focused when the small box on the screen turns green and you hear a small beep. Then press the button down the rest of the way and you can't go wrong.
There is some minor shutter lag and the time between pictures can be a little frustrating because of the CD access time but all in all, I would recommend this camera highly.
Since my original posting I have had a chance to take some video with this camera. I like the quality of the picture and the sound is OK. I was surprised by the amount of disc space a video takes up. You could fill up a disc fast if you take a lot of video. And there is no image stabilizer so you see some of the shaking but all in all I still love this camera!
