Pros: Works like a dream on USB 2.0 and the charge cradle is sooo cool
Cons: Sucks on USB 1.0, experience could be improved.

Size is perfect for optimum desk space.
Super software if I could ever figure it out. The software is hard to understand and not so easy to jive with, but you will love it if you can figure it out. DVD playback is clean and pure.
