Big Disappointment

Pros: Played fine for 6 weeks-good picture and sound
Cons: Terrible service and customer relations
Six weeks after I bought it-it went black. Sony had repair man come out and replace module-still no picture-2 weeks later still waiting for a part. It was a fine picture for 6 weeks but Sony doesn't support the customer with adequate parts supply or offer me any satisfactory answer. They just don't care that I spent almost $4,000 for the tv and cart and have a non functioning set.
