This light weight digital camcorder is a must buy. If you are looking for a MiniDV camcorder with get focus and extraordinary zoom, the TRV33 is the right choice. This camera is filled with many great features. Touch screen control, night vision and more.
The night vision is a great feature for the outdoorsman who wants to track animals at night, or the investigator who is working after the sun has set. With the addition of the video IR Light (HVL-IRH2) you can even increase your night vision distances or have an added spot for low light situations.
The picture quality of stills are excellent especially for a camera designed to be for video.
Want to make home videos? Then this camera is great. Works well with windows XP's built in movie maker as well as the included software. What else is great is the ability to use firewire (ieee1392). With firewire the video quality is almost seamless.
Its size can be seen as a pro and a con. Being small makes it easy to carry while making it less stable to hold but the built in features camera shake is almost not noticible. Need extra stability add a tripod.
