this is probably the coolest handheld ever, at least the coolest i've ever owned, and this is my first...anyway, the handheld is very slim and skinny, it not wide and bulky like a lot of handhelds, It has EVERYTHING on it, you can use it as a remote, you can check email,write email, download music, download game, Address book, calculator, date book. memo pad, Graffiti, paint, and so much more, any one will love it, unless of course you live under a rock
