Pros: Great walking and workout shoes, bouncy, work leg, butt, and core muscles, made very well
Cons: Run slightly small, pricey, take a bit of getting used to
Bottom Line:
Skechers Shape Ups take their cue from the pricier MBT's with a nod toward FitFlop technology. Great for walking and working out, these are the best exercise shoes for me.
