Keypad stopped working -- Sharp not willing to help

Author's Rating: Rating: 1/5 stars

Pros: Turntable still turns, "Start" button still works (for now).

Cons: Would prefer a microwave with use of the "3", "6", "9" and "minute plus" buttons.

Bottom Line:
Given a choice, don't buy this microwave unless you don't care if 1/3 of the keypad won't work. Read More at Epinions.com
