Pros: the shape, the amazing pictures, pretty much all the sight and sounds

Cons: the price is way over my budget

The Bottom Line:
A perfect TV (for people who can afford it) but really worth it, your eyes will love what they see.

How can we get it...
I have mine from leasing. Our family moved to Singapore because the company my husband's working in request we do so. So they also provide stuff we might need at this new home.

They lease us bed, dining table, etc, including this gorgeous TV. When we first arrived here we couldn't believe we got this slim and flat TV, we thought me just got that ordinary TV with this big tube on the back and you know those non flat surface, I called them THE USUAL.

It was the most beautiful thing in the room, we like the exterior, it look tender but tough at the same time. It got this nice clean cut, ideal for us who like minimal deco style. We put in on the top of TV cabinet, because we have a 2 year old running here and there every time she have her eye open. We just could not let a 1400S$ TV broke because our daughter ride on it.

Come on use it...
The remote is slick too like the TV, it have like a up side down triangle shape, but got pretty curved too, so easy to grip on. The buttons are colorful, it got green button for channel, red button for power (this one the biggest button than all the button in the remote), blue button, and regular button dark grey. And like a cursor they have up down right left button for setting and easy adjustment, like color, brightness, you know things to do when you are bored.

Not much to do with the setting, apparently it can self adjust and also adjust in our daily live pretty well, what I meant by adjust is we can easily addicted watching TV from it. The also have surround sound, just turn them on and there you go, a little private theatre of your own.

I didn't really read the manual, okay I never read the manual, that's my husband's job, but so far (6 months) I haven't found a reason to do so. It means no problem at all, I'm a typical standard buyer, only read the manual when problem occur. And I use this TV like almost all the time I'm home. Oh yeah, about the power it need, pretty big! Even when we put it on stand by for 8 hours, it can power up lamp for 15 hours, so when it is not needed we turn it off.

I didn't really care about the pixels and stuff but what I do know, this TV is really something. It is so clear and the details are amazing. I remember watching my old TV and my eyes got kind a tired or like when we blink there's flash lights. But with this TV, I found all my problem with watching TV too long are disappeared. Using my old TV often I have to adjust the brightness, contrast, and things like that so my eyes didn't scream, but with Sharp Aquos I just sit back and relax (really literary).

Oh and the neck is slightly turn-able, what I meant by slightly is like 10-15 degree.
You can also turn the on and off from the button on top of the TV or when you somehow lose the remote there are also buttons for channels and stuff at the TV too.

Maintenance..
Is there any specific job to do here? Really clueless, so far only dust them a bit, and nothing else.

Bottom line...
Love this TV very much!
