Pros: Great sound quality, good price, allows some outside noise.
Cons: Perhaps somewhat on the flimsy side.
A friend gave me a pair of these as a gift and they're fantastic. I've given them as gifts to others and everyone loves them. This model is good for me because it allows some outside sound in so that my colleagues at work can get my attention if they need to. The sound quality is amazing.
