Pros: Good speed Stable Very rarely drops calls Good screen readability, even at lower screen brightnesses
Cons: No Bluetooth (Next model has it) Case it comes with stinks Poor choices for keyboards
A couple points:
1) Pocket PC 2003 is now available from Verizon
2) Contrary to a previous review, it does have both speaker phone and a color calculator.
3) The extended batter IS a little heavy, but I can go 2 days without charging it. The normal battery still lasts a day with ease.
4) In Southern CA, the data speeds are EXCELLENT
There is a new model, the i730, that appears to have everything I wish this one had: sliding thumbboard, Bluetooth, and (I think) 802.11b
