Samsung refuses to provide an available way to obtain a repair estimate, despite my repeated telephone, web, and snail mail inquiries.
recording function quit Thanksgiving.
mid January Samsung will not answer emails or letter.
The local AUTHORIZED service facility will not Look at it. $ 300 paperweight
