To start off I would like to say that I have never had a problem with this phone. Many people say they have had problems with the software or hardware but I have taken this phone to its fullest potential and I have not had any problems. Ill start off with the things that could need improvement: The screen could be a little larger. It is definately adequate and it is larger than most cell phone screens but it is surely a smaller screen when compared to something like the blackberry. Next, the phone could be a little faster. When opening some folders the phone has a little lag but its not too big of an issue. Finally, if you have large fingers the keyboard will take some time to get use to but if you dont have larger fingers it will be fine. Now for the good things: Its 3G. I have had great 3G recpetion throughout Californias Bay Area so this is a major plus if you live in a 3G area. The phone also comes with two interchangeable batteries which is a major upside for anyone. Expandable microsd memory, bluetooth, and the bundled applications all make this phone worth while. Overall I have not had any problems and I have owned this phone for about a year. Very happy with Samsung.
