Jericho Cross picked the wrong train to rob. Upon jumping onto the speeding locomotive, Jericho discovers that the inside is littered with bodies, including some so horribly twisted that they resemble neither animal or human. As Jericho jumps from car to car on his trek to the prized iron safe, these frightening creatures lurch at him and he is ultimately bitten by a vampire. This bite grants Jericho supernatural powers powers that come with a hefty price. It's up to you to take on the role of this rookie Darkwatch agent in the Wild Western frontier. The supernatural powers you gained from the vampire's bite came with a dark curse and you must now vanquish the creature that infected you before you lose your humanity and become a vampire yourself. With an arsenal of enhanced weaponry at your disposal and an undead steed by your side, you better hurry and find the vampire who bit you before it's too late.

Pros: Good graphics and sound, easy controls
Cons: Terrible story with a lot of missing pieces, main character lacks...umm..characters, repetitive enemies
Bottom Line:
I wouldn't say it's worth playing but if you're the kind of person who wants to try it out, go ahead.

Imaginative premise. Gameplay...not so much.

Pros: Satisfactory graphics, plenty of action, interesting idea
Cons: Repetitive gameplay, maddeningly inconsistent difficulty, incomprehensible plot, weak characters.
Bottom Line:
If you're looking for a thoughtless diversion and have a high threshold for frustration, this game is worth playing. If not, take a pass on Darkwatch.
