Quite glad I got a good deal on these.

Pros: umm... they're nice to look at in the box. Good sound, when there's sound.
Cons: Choppy sound, uncomfortable, sound latency, poorly executed features.
The Bottom Line:
Steer clear. Not worth any price really.
If I hadn't gotten these for $10 net (coupon plus rebate offer), I would be really disappointed in them. Aw, heck, even at $10, they're a disappointment.
I bought these because I want to be able to listen to the music from my computer all over the house, not just while sitting at my computer. (Our house is very small, so the advertised 10m range seemed quite adequate.) I also wanted to be able to watch videos on my computer while by boyfriend is playing video games that I have no interest in watching him play.
I got them earlier today (all hail UPS) and was happy to see they looked even cooler than the pictures make them look. Sharp design, sleek look. Features wise, they sounded good. Volume control buttons on the earpieces, several different sizes of bands that can be changed to accommodate nearly any size head (and mine's a big one!), as well as both a soft and a less flexible band of each size. Nice hardshell storage / carrying case included. (Which I will likely get some use out of for something else.)
It was easy enough to figure out how to set them up. After charging for a couple hours I put them on and the sound was clear and strong, and managed to block out the sound effects from my boyfriend's loud game of Gears of War.
But this, my friends, is where the good stuff ends.
The first issue I noticed was the volume buttons. Cool idea and all, but there isn't a smooth progression. You have to keep pressing the button to change the volume rather than just being able to hold the button. This probably wouldn't be such a big deal but...
They're uncomfortable. Now, to be fair, I'm not a fan of earbuds in general, and these are really just glorified earbuds on a stick. Which somehow makes the earbuds even more uncomfy. After 10 or 15 minutes, my ears actually hurt. Adjusting the volume using the earpiece buttons only made the situation worse. Volume up, ow, up, ow, up ow, down, ow, down, ow, ad nauseam.
The wireless range is not nearly the 10m range as quoted on the box. Indeed, with the transmitter plugged into my computer and the earphones less than a foot away there are lots of breaks in the sound. I thought maybe it was due to my frequent movement (though that would be a sad thing in itself), but after reading the other review here, I realize that is not the case, as that reviewer had the same issue. These just suck.
And yes, as the other reviewer mentioned, there is a sound latency issue. (Can you tell I wish I'd checked Epinions before buying? *sigh* One day I'll learn.) I didn't plan to use them for TV viewing since I bought them for my computer, but simply watching a flash cartoon or YouTube or some such other thing is unbearable with these.
All in all, not even a good deal at 10 smackers. Shame.
