I previously reviewed this machine on Epinion, and was dissatisfied with the steaming capacity. I take back this review and now can report the machine has plenty of steaming capacity, it is the instruction book that is the problem.

I had to call the USA home office to obtain clear instructions for steaming and now I love my machine.

It has performed wonderfully, and fits on my counter and under my cabinets. I fill the coffee bin with a plastic tube I constructed from flexible plastic, into a long funnel shape. This allows me to fill the coffee bin without sliding the unit out from under the cabinet overhang.

As far as filling the water reservoir, we have a pull out kitchen sink faucet which easily reaches the water reservoir for easy filling. Again, with out having to move the machine.

Even though the machine "rotates", this option is a convenience for cleaning up around the machine.

Buy this machine and you'll love it, at a fraction of the cost of those fancy more expensive SAECO units. This unit can be purchased through Ebay or discount sites for about $ 700 to $ 800.
