great, but flawed

Pros: Provides great espresso at the touch of a button
Cons: poor sensors.
LOVE this machine until it tells me the drip tray is missing. It won't work until it identifies the tray is engaged. Sensors are broken and it has to go into the shop now for weeks to be fixed. I've only had it for 2 weeks. Go figure!
