fast, kicks butt, unlike cheaper ones, where you have to heat the entire It does have a short wand, bigger problem than I thought, plastic, and probably better to spend 30 bucks to get the next model up.still hard to complain, they have service for they're machines, unlike most american companies, and Its a nice mahine. Im not sure whats up with the wand, and theres no tray to heat the espresso, plus you can only brew two shots at a time, kinda a bummer for hardcores, but it has a feel like pro machines, not these little krups pieces of junk.nice machine, I think it compares to anything in the field, go to http://aabreecoffee.com for a good understanding of this range of makers.
